Ordering

Orders are processed in order of receipt and approved payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted it will be backordered. If the item will not be in stock within the backorder time period, customer will have the option to wait for a back-order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund.

Delivery Information:

All orders include Standard Shipping, unless otherwise stated. Under normal circumstances, your item(s) will ship from our manufacturers warehouse within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing. We only ship Monday through Friday. Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Warranty Information:

Each product comes with a 1-Year manufacturers limited warranty against mechanical defects (limitations and terms below). 

Warranty Limitations:

This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. We will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts at our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. In the event that the product needs to be returned, the return postage costs are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the buyer, the courier collection must also be arranged by the buyer. 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.

THE WARRANTY SHALL BE VOID AND ALL RIGHTS FROM IT SHALL BE LOST IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
●The product was modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians or/and by using faulty, modified, or unoriginal equipment / accessories. 
●The product has suffered accidents or damages caused by external factors, atmospheric conditions or any other such events. 
●The faults are caused by dirt, impurities, water, foreign bodies, etc., where applicable. 
●The product was used in the rain and/or driven through a body of water.
●Product or parts identification series / codes / marks etc. that are deleted / illegible, marking or embossment crafted, made for various purposes Spare parts or original pars show dents, mechanical shock, thermal or other fractures, cracks, etc. not attributable to them. 
●Changes to the original condition of the product by natural influences (corrosion, condensation, etc.) due to improper storage conditions. 
●The product has not been used according to the conditions of the user manual.  Product’s faults are caused by vandalism or similar causes. 
●The warranty duration has expired.

Neglect, misuse or water damage is not covered under warranty. If a returned product deems to be affected by an by of these issues, the product warranty becomes invalid and the customer is responsible for all costs incurred 

General Terms:

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order. All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.

Products purchased through our online store that may qualify for return, can only be done so in the manner in which they were delivered, through a reputable courier with registered service, back to the original warehouse in which they were sent from.

Refund-refundable items must be returned within 7 days after delivery. In no case will we give a refund 7 days after delivery of the product. All products must be sealed and in original packaging, if not, costs or and charges may incur. 

In the event that the product needs to be returned, the return postage costs are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the buyer, the courier collection must also be arranged by the buyer. 

On receipt of the returned product, we will offer a credit note to the value of that product. We reserve the right to offer the value of that products selling price at the time or return.
